The family first entered the construction business in the early 1900s, using horses to deliver materials to some of the most forward-looking development projects of the day – highways, locks and dams, bridges, and later, strategic airfields across the United States. Many of these projects are still operating today. In the early 1970’s, building on the company’s experience, ideals and construction expertise, the Nolan group developed an extensive portfolio of self-storage, multi-family and specialty retail properties. As the Boston-Area Assistant Regional Manager, Jackson oversees the day-to-day operations of the company’s self-storage facilities all while providing additional management support to the region’s portfolio of retail properties. A Rhode Island native, Jackson relocated back to the East Coast in 2025 following a four-year tenure in Big Sky, Montana where he began his real estate career at the Yellowstone Club as a Property Manager. Before joining Nolan Properties Group that same year, Jackson previously served as the Operations Manager for the YC’s Lodges Property Management team who oversaw the club’s multifamily and mixed-use developments.
Jackson graduated from St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in Economics in 2019 and also received a M.A. in Educational Leadership in 2022. Outside of work you can find him fishing any body of water, surfing, running, golfing or eagerly awaiting opening day of duck season.
